I, too, sing life

I, too, sing life

I am the weaker sex (so they say),
They send me to clean the kitchen,
When kids come,
But I clean,
And cook well,
And iron.

Tomorrow,
I’ll be in the kitchen
When kids come.
Nobody´ll dare
Say to me,
“Sit on the sofa”
Now.

Besides,
They don’t see how smart I am
And aren’t ashamed,

I, too, am life.
